"At the core of my teaching and coaching is helping people to find the connection between their musical voice and their physical body. It’s very exciting for me to see students articulate increasingly subtle and profound aspects of themselves through music."
- MW

Marguerite lends a compassionate approach and a critical ear to her work as a vocal coach and piano teacher for both professionals and amateurs.  Working with intuition, keen observation, and a wealth of performance experience, Marguerite brings students into a deeper understanding of the connection between their personality and their art, their body and their instrument – inspiring them to develop their own unique voice as artists.

Marguerite offers personalized training in beginner and advanced piano, voice and music theory, and can also meet more specific needs such as audition/role preparation, improvisation, composition approaches, musical dramaturgy, spoken voice training and (basic) accordion lessons.

Each year, Marguerite coaches students from around the world at the International Advanced Voice Workshop at the Banff Centre in Banff, Alberta.  She has taught at UBC, SFU, Langara College (Studio 58), and currently teaches in the Bachelor of Performing Arts and Acting for Screen & Stage programs at Capilano University.
